Orrin’s career spans over a decade of experience with leading organizations, including Tesoro, Whiting Oil & Gas, Williams Midstream, 3 Bear Energy, Delek, Bison Oil & Gas, and Fundare, where he developed a reputation for solving complex engineering challenges. His technical expertise covers a wide array of power and control system hardware and software, including power distribution systems, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation, Fisher ROC, TotalFlow, and many other industry-standard platforms.
A graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Orrin began his professional journey at Kee Engineering & Consulting, where he honed his skills in instrumentation, controls, and electrical design. His experience spans the full project lifecycle — from design and commissioning to ongoing support — with a focus on mission-critical systems for industrial sites.
After leaving Kee Engineering, Orrin launched the IC&E Engineering and Design division at Mesa Applied Technologies. Before joining OXN, Levi served as a Systems Technician at Empire Electric Association, where he modernized the cooperative’s substation communication infrastructure—significantly improving the reliability, efficiency, and security of its SCADA and electrical distribution systems.
Levi spent 14 years with Kinder Morgan CO₂, progressing from SCADA and Telecom/I&E Technician to Operations Supervisor, overseeing major production facilities, multimillion-dollar budgets, and a team of 16 personnel. His technical expertise spans automation, industrial networking, telecommunications, and large-scale facility operations.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Levi served as an Aviation Electronics Technician supporting USMC aviation units, earning multiple commendations including the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
Beyond his primary career roles, Levi is deeply involved in public service. He has served since 2018 as a Deputy Coroner for Montezuma County, is a long-time volunteer firefighter and dive captain with Lewis-Arriola Fire Protection District, and is the owner of Mayday Technologies, LLC, consulting in electronics, networking, security, and automation.

In positions as a project engineer and as a systems engineer, he has experience coordinating engineering firms and subcontractors to design and build multi-million-dollar projects on the facility. He has experience working/coordinating with others to ensure that design and quality standards are met, and for developing/executing commissioning plans.

Kayden has experience in the design, programming, and commissioning of many different oil and gas sites such as well pads, compressor stations, gas plants, saltwater disposals, LACT’s, etc. He is experienced with Rockwell PLC’s, HMI’s, ROC & Totalflow flow computers, Ignition SCADA platform, ETAP power analysis software, Redlion HMI’s, various VFD’s, soft starts, and other motor control systems.

Travis was part of a team that designed and implemented the control system for Chimney Hollow Reservoir, the biggest reservoir built in North America this century.
Travis holds a BS in Wildlife Biology from CSU. He also holds many professional certifications from Rockwell and GE, and is an ISA certified Automation Project Management Specialist. He holds a Class A Commercial Driver’s License from his days working in water operations and hauling live fish for the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife.
When he isn’t tackling automation professionally, he enjoys his wife and three kids, and all the adventures they have together.
